SVN Eastward Property Management signed a contract for the integrated technical operation of 4DAILY shopping center in the city of Mytishchi near Moscow. The total area of the shopping center, opened in 2017, is about 52 thousand square meters, leasable area is 25.3 thousand square meters. The facility is owned by TRINFICO investment group and SRV concern.
Shopping center is located in the actively developing area of Mytishchi: on the one hand near the busy transport artery of the city, on the other - surrounded by residential complexes.

The tasks of facility management company include complex technical operation of the facility: maintenance of the main engineering systems, elevators and escalators, maintenance and repair of decoration elements, building structures, advertising and navigation equipment, lighting systems, etc.
